These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the eligibility, participation, and acceptance of the The Busy Trader Wealth Grant (“Grant”), presented by The Busy Trader, owned and operated by Heather Lindsey (“we,” “us”). By submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1. Only one application per person is allowed per grant selection period. Duplicate entries will not increase chances of selection and will be removed to ensure fairness among all applicants.
1.2. Applicants must complete the entire application form. Incomplete submissions will not be entered for consideration.
1.3. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in trading-related education within their jurisdiction.
1.4. This grant is open to residents of the United States. International applicants may be considered at The Busy Trader’s sole discretion.
2. Grant Details
2.1. The Grant amount is $2,000, awarded as a single payment to the selected winner.
2.2. The Grant will be delivered to the winner within 30 days of selection via the method specified by the winner (PayPal, bank transfer, Zelle, etc.).
2.3. The Grant is intended to support the winner’s trading education, tools, course enrollment, or portfolio building. Use of funds is at the winner’s discretion, though we encourage use aligned with the stated application purpose.
3. Winner Selection and Requirements
3.1. The winner will be selected based on criteria determined solely by The Busy Trader and Heather Lindsey. All decisions are final and binding.
3.2. The winner must provide a testimonial video sharing their experience and how the Grant has impacted their trading journey.
3.3. By accepting the Grant, the winner grants The Busy Trader permission to use their testimonial video for promotional purposes on The Busy Trader website and social media platforms.
4. Publicity and Marketing
4.1. The winner agrees to allow The Busy Trader to use their name, likeness, and testimonial in promotional materials related to the Grant.
4.2. The testimonial may be edited or modified to suit marketing needs, but the content will remain true to the winner’s message.
5. General Terms
5.1. The Busy Trader reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Grant at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, misconduct, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. By applying, applicants confirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation may result in immediate disqualification.
5.3. The Grant is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
5.4. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable state of operation and subject to binding arbitration.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content, materials, trading strategies, and branding associated with The Busy Trader and Heather Lindsey are the exclusive property of The Busy Trader and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2. Grant applicants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Busy Trader materials without prior written consent.
7. Use of Services
7.1. Grant participants agree to use any associated Busy Trader resources only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
7.2. Participants may not use The Busy Trader’s platforms in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the services.
8. Privacy

9. Trading & Income Disclaimer
9.1. The Busy Trader provides trading education for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing communicated through the grant, the website, or any associated program constitutes financial or investment advice.
9.2. Trading involves significant risk of loss. Results shared by Heather Lindsey or her students are not typical. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Grant is not a guarantee of income or trading success.
10. Liability
10.1. The Busy Trader shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from the application process, acceptance, or use of the Grant.
10.2. Applicants agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Busy Trader, Heather Lindsey, her affiliates, employees, coaches, and representatives from any claims arising out of their participation in the Grant.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1. The Busy Trader reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove any portion of these Terms at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Continued participation in the Grant after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By applying for the The Busy Trader Wealth Grant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
